Finally

Well finally we have managed to have the carpetenr turn up and actually do some work. We've had so much rain that he has not been able to drive down the drive way. But he's on a roll now I hope and slowly we are able to see his handy work progressing. Up until now not a whole lot has been happening down here.
I think we've had about 150mls of the last week or two.
Weeds are going off, which of course I'm not too happy about at all. However the trees are all growing which I desperatley want to block out the neighbors. Whinging,whining bloody neighbors. OMG never have we had to put up  with this. Wonder how they'll feel when we put up the machine gun turrets!!!

This was a fun filled day, undercoating and painting hundreds of slats for the baulusrading.

Allyson has been trying her hand at home made pasta. We've had fettucine, gnocchi and lasagne. She's so clever , our girl.

A must when having guests at christmas time. This one , although not connected is sure to please our guests as it's in the house and not the shed. This one has a door unlike the one in the shed which has a curtain and is located next to the dining area!
